These are symmetry drawings that are made with taking a noodling sketching approach and creating an abstract drawing that would stand up as a finished piece, leaving all the mistakes and strokes as is. A few of the others are of exploration with graphics in a 3D space.
This is an example of putting 2d graphics in a 3D space. The camera movement is key. It mimics the ocular camera, the eye moving around the spacial areas around the 2d graphics. Overall it gives the sense of animation and z depth as it seems to spin in space.
